Job Overview Full-time Manager – Finance & Accounts position at our client place based at Lucknow with Competitive salary with benefits. Roles And Responsibilities Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance and accounts department Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, reports, and forecasts Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes Ensure compliance with financial regulations and legislation Develop and implement financial policies and procedures Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas of improvement Provide strategic financial guidance and support to the management team Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and financial transactions Coordinate annual audits and manage relationships with external auditors Supervise and mentor finance and accounts team members Qualifications And Skills Required CA, ICWA qualified candidate only. Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines Strong leadership and team management abilities Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and high level of accuracy Ability to work independently and collaboratively
