Job Description
Technical Mandatory Skills:
Strong experience on Process Management & Project Management configuration in Solman 7.2
Understanding of initial / mandatory configuration of Solution Manager 7.2
Strong working experience on configuration of Test Management, Defect Management, Template Management, Best practice content configuration
Business process operations configuration with BPMON, System Monitoring, Application Monitoring, Interface Monitoring, Job Monitoring & Message Monitoring.
Strong expertise of Solution concept
At least three End to End implementation of Solution ManagerService Desk & ChaRM, Requirement Management
ChaRM -Standard Configurations and Customizations – additional Approvals, actions & Conditions
Should experience on third party tool integrations with ChaRM
Non-ABAP Changes using CTS+
Should have worked on CCLM & UCIA,DVM, standard Root Cause Analysis configuration.
Experience on service level reporting and job service monitoring.
Strong Knowledge on Focused Build, Focused Run and Focused Insights
Good Knowledge of SAP Cloud ALM
Good to Have skills:
Basic – ABAP & Basis troubleshooting knowledge will be added advantage.
Tricentis Test Automation
SAP Signavio
Experience on Solution Manager migration from 7.1 to 7.2
SAP Solution Manager/ALM certifications will have added advantage.
Soft skills:
Communication and Presentation skills to play customer facing roles.
Strong communication skills to lead and drive topics independently.
Flexible to adapt with the Project schedules and demands.
German Language skills can be an added advantage.

BE, BTech, BCA, BSc (IT) MCA, MBA (IT) and MSc (IT)
